Burgh Castle, par. and vil., E. Suffolk, 4 miles SW. of Yarmouth, 1496 ac., pop. 518; P.O.; adjacent to the vil. is a Roman camp, one of the most perfect in England, with wall 9 ft. thick and 14 ft. high.
