Balquhidder, par. and vil., W. Perthshire, at E. end of Loch Voil, 3 miles W. of Lochearnhead ry. sta., 53,149 ac. (1474 water); quoad sacra par., 759 ac., pop. 627; P.O. The dist. is celebrated in Scottish song, and was the scene of many of the exploits of Rob Roy, whose tomb is in the graveyard.
