Drummond Castle, 3½ miles SW. of Crieff, Perthshire; formerly the seat of the Drummonds, Earls and Dukes of Perth, and still the seat of their descendants; the old donjon keep, now fitted up as an armoury, dates from about 1490; the park, 6 miles in circuit, is well wooded, and the terraced gardens are among the finest in Great Britain.
