Tabley Inferior, township, Great Budworth par., Cheshire, 2 miles SW. of Knutsford, 1206 ac., pop. 119; Tabley House is the seat of Lord De Tabley; within the grounds, on an island in a lake, is the old hall of Tabley, a venerable structure covered with ivy.
