MOORTOWN, or MOORTON, a hamlet in South Kelsey parish, Lincoln; on the Lincoln, Market-Rasen, and Hull railway, 3¼ miles SW of Caistor. It has a station on the railway, serving for Caistor, and a Wesleyan chapel. Pop., 77.
