CLAVERLEY, a township and a parish in Bridgnorth district, Salop. The township lies near the boundary with Stafford, 5¼ miles E of Bridgnorth town and r. station; and has a post office‡ under Bridgnorth. The parish contains also the townships of Aston, Beobridge, Broughton, Dallicott, Farmcott, Gatacre, Heathton, Hopstone, Ludstone, Shipley, Sutton, and Woundale. ...
