PRISTON, a parish in Keynsham district, Somerset; 5 miles S W of Bath r. station. It contains Wilmingtonhamlet; and its post town is Bath. Acres, 1,850. Real property, £2, 703. Pop., 292. Houses, 60. The property is divided between two. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Bath and Wells. Value, £384.* Patron, W. V. Jenkins, Esq. The church is ancient, was recently restored, and has two Norman arches and a tower.
