NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS, a township. with a village, in Patrick-Brompton parish, N. R. Yorkshire; on the Northallerton and Leyburn railway, 5¾ miles W N W of Bedale. It has a station on the railway, and a Wes.leyan chapel. Acres, 1, 797. Real property, £2, 925. Pop., 388. Houses, 84.
