LLANILLTERNE, a parish in Cardiff district, Glamorgan; on a branch of the river Ely, near the Taff Vale railway, 6 miles NW of Cardiff. Post town, Cardiff. Acres, 1,080. Real property, £952. Pop., 150. Houses, 32. The living is a p. curacy annexed to the rectory of St. Fagan, in the diocese of Llandaff. The church is dedicated to St. Illtyd, and stands near the ruin of a previous church.
